Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT systems, networks, and hardware.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related issues.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and upgrades to existing systems.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications
